Hiya! I’m Nico and welcome to my small shop! I sell froggy and cat merch to brighten your day! Everything is made with the highest of quality and ethically sourced so don’t fret when buying some little froggy friends!
📦 Shipping
Orders are processed and packaged within 5 business days, you'll receive an email notification once your items are ready for shipment. Tracking is provided except for small sticker orders (like stickers) . United States orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS. Canadian orders arrive within 1-3 weeks. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please allow for extra time during the holiday season.
Express shipping or bulk orders are available upon request, please contact me before placing your order for a custom quote.
Unfortunately I'm unable to offer full worldwide shipping at this time due to continually changing international regulations and fees. (Sorry, I'm just one person running my shop!) If you're outside of the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong or Japan and would really like to place an order, please reach out and ask. I can't accommodate all requests, but will provide a custom order and custom shipping quote if possible.
📄 Shop Policies
All sales are final, I do not accept returns or exchanges except in special circumstances. Every item is checked for quality but may have slight variations. If you have any problems or questions about your order, contact me immediately and I'll do my best to resolve any issues. I want you to be happy with my products!
If your order is undeliverable and returned due to providing an incorrect address, you'll need to pay the shipping fee again if you'd like to re-deliver to a new address. Please double check that your name, mailing address, and email are correct during checkout. Once a package is out of my hands, I cannot change delivery options or destination.
Your privacy matters to me and your information is used only for shipping your order or contacting you in the event of a problem. This shop uses SSL which provides a layer of security when you enter your info at checkout. Payments are processed by Paypal or Stripe.
